Anita Dematos

Anita DeMatos is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in strategy, re-engineering, and automation within prominent organizations. Currently, as the Director of Strategy, Re-engineering, and Automation for Citi Shared Services since November 2013, Anita oversees the operational strategy, productivity targets, and digital capabilities to enhance operational excellence across Citi's global network. Prior to Citi, Anita held various leadership roles at Nielsen Company, including Technology Transformation Executive and International Media Transformation Executive, where responsibilities included managing transformation initiatives and developing business planning strategies. As the founder and president of Anita DeMatos & Associates, consulting on operational strategy and process improvement, and holding senior positions at JPMorgan Chase, including SVP Quality & Customer Experience Executive, Anita has demonstrated a strong commitment to enhancing client experiences and optimizing operations. Educational credentials include advanced studies at Harvard Business School, MIT, UC Berkeley, The Hackett Institute, and the University of South Florida.
