Anja Thoste

Anja Thoste possesses extensive experience in regulatory capital modeling and change, having held significant roles in the financial sector. At Citi, Anja serves as Head of Regulatory Capital Modelling & Change, additionally leading ICAAP and Stress Testing initiatives. Previous positions include involvement in the FRTB Programme at HSBC and responsibilities for stress testing, ICAAP, and ILAAP at Scotiabank and TD Securities. Anja has also held directorial roles at Deutsche Bank, overseeing the FRTB Programme and Banking Book Programme related to market risk. Anja's academic background includes an MBA in Finance from Cass Business School and a Master of Letters in Management from the University of St Andrews.
