Ann Tan

Ann Tan is a Business and Change Manager with extensive experience in Lean Sigma Project Delivery and business process analysis in the Financial Services industry. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from De La Salle University and have worked in notable positions at companies including Citi, BNY Mellon, and J.P. Morgan. Currently, Ann serves as the Director and Head of FP&A Business Execution at Citi, where they manage cross-functional regional and global programs. Over the years, they have gained international work experience across Asia Pacific, Europe, and America.
