Anthony Towne

Anthony Towne is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in risk management and operations within major financial institutions. Currently serving as a Director at Citi since August 2016, Anthony focuses on new initiatives and product risk for Citi Global Wealth. Previously, Anthony held the position of Senior Vice President, overseeing new initiative and product risk, along with third-party risk for the same division. Prior to Citi, Anthony worked at Goldman Sachs as a Vice President in securities clearing and prime brokerage operations, as well as an Associate in ETF creation and redemption. Anthony's career began with roles at Equity Methods - Merrill Lynch / Bank of America and included military service as a Captain in the US Army, which involved various intelligence and operational leadership roles. Anthony holds a Bachelor's degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA in Financial Management & Markets from W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
