Aria Penna

Aria Penna currently serves as the Director of Recruiting at Hillside Ventures since April 2022, bringing a blend of analytical and recruiting experience from prior roles as an Associate and Analyst at the same company. In addition, Aria is an Associate and Analyst at UConn Consulting Group and works as a Data Analyst Intern at CONNSTEP, Inc. Since October 2021, Aria has been involved with the UConn Werth Institute as a Werth Innovator and has contributed as a NetWerx Student Intern, focusing on mentorship program recruitment and enhancement. Aria is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Finance at the University of Connecticut School of Business, expected to graduate in 2025.
