Arpit Shah is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and digital transformation within the financial services industry. Currently serving as Director and Head of Product & Design at Citi in the Emerging Tech & Partnership division for Global Wealth, Arpit has successfully built and led a high-performing team focused on innovative solutions such as Generative AI and Distributed Ledger Technology.
