Ashley Iles

Ashley Iles serves as the Recruiting Lead and Vice President in the Treasury and Trade Solutions division at Citi, where they coach managers on immigration and relocation options while acting as a liaison between various stakeholders. They have previously held roles, including Senior Recruiter and Immigration and Mobility Intermediate Associate at Citi, and Recruitment Consultant at WilsonHCG. Ashley also gained experience as a Risk Management Liaison at Career Leadership Academy in 2012. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Ethics and Public Policy, with minors in Sociology and Spanish, at the University of Iowa.
