Ben Arthur

Ben Arthur serves as Vice President of Citi Technology Infrastructure, bringing over a decade of experience in infrastructure delivery and strategic program management to drive operations across APAC and EMEA. Ben's expertise in managing complex portfolios and executing projects reinforces Citi's technological resilience and alignment with global objectives. Prior to Citi, Ben was an Integration Project/Program Manager at BHP, ensuring timely delivery of technology initiatives across over 30 sites. Ben's career began at IBM, where project management skills were honed through various methodologies and project phases, along with early experience as a Project Co-ordinator. Ben's foundation in the industry was strengthened at Redox Pty Ltd, where sales performance significantly increased under Ben’s management. Ben holds a Bachelor of Information Systems from Deakin University.
