Billy Quinn

Billy Quinn is currently the Vice President on the CFO Chief of Staff Team at Citi and previously served as a consulting manager at Deloitte. With a background as a United States Naval Aviator and a Congressional Fellow for the Department of Defense, they have extensive experience in operations, strategy, and enterprise execution. Billy's military service included leadership roles that enhanced operational effectiveness and safety, and they played a critical part in legislative initiatives impacting national security and veteran policies. They hold an MBA from Georgetown University and a B.S. in Biopsychology, Cognition, and Neuroscience from the University of Michigan.
