Carla Forrest is the CEO of Small Lives Matter Kitten Rescue Inc, a nonprofit organization dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating cats and kittens. Since its founding in August 2019, Carla has worked tirelessly to save numerous felines, inspired by personal experiences that deepened their commitment to animal welfare. Prior to this, Carla held senior management roles at Citi, where they led global technical program management initiatives, enhancing customer experiences across various banking platforms.
