Chinasa Success currently serves as Vice President and HR Business Partner at Citi, while also holding the role of Program Lead at Thryveo, an organization focused on empowering underrepresented individuals through mentorship and career development. Previous experience includes serving as a Human Resources Generalist at the Nuclear Waste Management Organization, Human Resources Manager/Business Partner at Mahara Pasipaaro, and various HR roles across organizations such as TD, Waltersmith Petroman Oil Limited, Eterna Plc, and Sentinel Africa Limited. Chinasa Success has contributed to various HR initiatives, including employee engagement and agile methodologies, and participated in Nigeria's National Development planning through a short-term appointment with the Federal Ministry of Finance, Budget & National Planning. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Windsor and ongoing studies in Project Management at Toronto Metropolitan University.
