Cody Kirk

Cody Kirk is a results-driven leader currently serving as the Director of Digital Monitoring Automation at Citi, where they transform internal control testing into continuous, automated monitoring. Previously, they held several senior roles at Citi, including Director of Client Insights and Actions, where they led a team focused on improving client experience through data analytics. Cody also worked at Boeing as a Service Delivery Manager and Software Engineering Manager, overseeing projects that resulted in significant cost savings and process improvements. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Iowa State University and an MBA in Strategy from Washington University in St. Louis.
