Connie Ng is currently the Assistant Vice President of Early Career Recruitment in Workforce Intelligence and Talent Acquisition at Citi. They have previously worked as a Consultant at Hays, specializing in insurance sales and distribution, and held a role as a Human Resources Officer at Hang Seng Bank. Connie also has experience as an Associate with the Shangri-La Group. They are pursuing a BSc (Hons) in Hotel Management at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and a Certificate in Employment Law & Employee Engagement from the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management.
