Csilla Boom

Csilla Boom is currently the Hungary KYC Operations Budapest Site Manager at Citibank, overseeing KYC/AML compliance across Central and Eastern Europe. Previously, Csilla held several key positions at Citi, including KYC Operations Senior Manager and KYC Team Leader, managing teams and implementing procedures aligned with global standards. Prior to their tenure at Citi, Csilla worked at ING as a Branch Network Sales Representative and Sales Assistant. Csilla holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Miskolc and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Miskolc University of Politechnics.
