Danny Arias has extensive experience in IT service management and risk management across major financial institutions. At Amalgamated Bank, Danny served as IT Service Manager - Vice President, overseeing various IT management practices and leading a team of Service Desk Engineers. Previously at Citi, Danny held multiple senior roles, including Senior Vice President in End User Services Risk Management and Vice President in IT Risk Business Analysis, where responsibilities included managing risks and controls within technology infrastructure. Danny began a career as an Infrastructure Analyst at ISO, resolving a wide range of technical issues. Danny holds a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from Stevens Institute of Technology.
