David Jones

David Jones is the Global Head of the Security Operations Center at Citigroup, having over 21 years of experience in cybersecurity across multiple sectors, including federal and military environments. Previously, David served as a Senior Reporting Analyst and Section Manager at the National Security Agency, where significant contributions included developing network defense strategies and leading a team of analysts. Between 2015 and 2019, David held various roles at Citi, culminating as the Senior Vice President of the Advanced Cyber Defense Team, where they directed large-scale investigations and coordinated cross-departmental initiatives. David earned an Associate Degree in General Studies from Richland College and a Bachelor of Science in IT Security from Western Governors University.
