David Katz, MBA, PMP, LSSGB, is a program management professional with extensive experience in Project Management Office (PMO) leadership, process improvement, and regulatory compliance. Currently serving as SVP Project Group Manager at Citi since 2010, they have played a key role in the startup of the PMO for Compliance/AML projects. Previously, David managed product price analysis and terminal operations at Hess Corporation from 1999 to 2007, where they led initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
