Debbie Grant

Debbie Grant currently serves as SVP of Global Fraud at Citi since October 2023. Prior to this role, Debbie was the Global Head of Financial Crime Operations & Fraud at Wirex from February 2022 to October 2023 and the Global Head of Compliance & MLRO at RationalFX from July 2021 to January 2022. Previous experience includes positions at Visa, where Debbie held the role of Head of Law Enforcement & Merchant Liaison and Senior Policy Lead for Fraud Strategy & Criminal Disruption, as well as Debit Card Services Manager at Weatherbys Ltd. and Fraud Operations Manager at Barclays. Earlier in Debbie's career, a role as a Prison Officer at Their Majesty's Prison and Probation Service rounded out extensive experience in compliance and operational management. Educational credentials include a BPTC in Law from City, University of London, a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Northampton, a Level 4 Diploma in Leadership and Management from the Chartered Management Institute, and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Northampton.
