Debra Uematsu

Debra Uematsu, CPA, is currently the Director of Regulatory Capital Policy at Citi, where they focus on compliance and governance in bank regulatory reporting. Previously, Debra held various leadership positions, including Managing Director of Regulatory Reporting at BNY Mellon and Sr. Manager of Regulatory Reporting at Franklin Templeton Investments. With extensive experience in risk management, SOX compliance, and project management, Debra has developed policies and streamlined regulatory processes across multiple organizations. Debra earned their Master of Science in Applied Economics from Boston University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Denver.
