Denise McShea

Denise McShea is an experienced Digital Product Manager currently serving as the VP – Product Manager and Implementation Lead for Marketing Transformation & Delivery at Citi, where they drive digital transformation initiatives using SAFE Agile methodologies. Previously, Denise held various roles in marketing operations and digital marketing at prominent organizations, including UnitedHealthcare and Accenture. Denise began their career in print production at the University of Pennsylvania and has extensive experience in managing product and process solutions across diverse teams. They are currently pursuing further education in Learning Design and Technology.
