Douglas Spencer

Douglas Spencer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in risk management and internal auditing. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Consumer Risk Planning and Analysis at Citi since 2020, Douglas oversees the global Current Expected Credit Loss (CECL) risk environment. Previously, Douglas held several positions within Citi, including AVP and VP roles focused on consumer and wholesale credit audits from 2016 to 2018. Douglas began their career in the United States Air Force, achieving the rank of Staff Sergeant and earning multiple commendations. Douglas holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Monmouth University, completed in 2012.
