Elinor L. Hoover

Elinor L. Hoover is a seasoned investment banking professional with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Chairman of Global Consumer and Retail Investment Banking at Citi since 2021, Elinor previously held several key positions at Citi, including Global Co-Head of Consumer Products Investment Banking and Vice Chairman of Capital Markets Origination. At Morgan Stanley, Elinor was Vice Chairman of Global Capital Markets and played a pivotal role in building the Corporate Derivatives Group, innovating market-leading financial products. Early career experiences include financial analyst roles at Blackstone and Credit Suisse. Elinor holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA with Honors from Yale University, along with a music foundation from The Juilliard School.
