Elsa Damiani

Elsa Damiani is a professional focused on leadership and talent development, currently serving as Vice President Professional Development Facilitator for LATAM at Citi since 2023. Previously, they worked at Gerdau in various HR roles, where they specialized in organizational culture and talent management from 2011 to 2012. Elsa began their career as a Logistics Analyst at Innova from 2005 to 2007. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul and a Master’s degree in People Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas.
