Erick Hidalgo

Erick Hidalgo is currently an AVP and Senior Manager of Risk & Control, where they perform in-depth evaluations of operations and influence decisions across the business. They previously held roles as a Senior Compliance Officer and Quality Assurance Specialist at Citi, contributing significantly to compliance and risk management initiatives. Before joining Citi, Erick served as a Specialist in AML Compliance at Western Union and as a Management Team Lead at Teleperformance. Erick earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Central de Costa Rica, where they also focused on Human Resources.
