Francesco Guercio is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in interest rates trading. Currently serving as the Head of European Gamma Trading at Deutsche Bank since June 2025, Francesco previously held the position of Director in Interest Rates Options Trading at Citi from September 2019 to June 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President in Interest Rates Trading and Summer Analyst at J.P. Morgan from January 2012 to September 2019, and a Summer Analyst position in Private Wealth Management at Goldman Sachs in 2010. Francesco holds a BSc and MSc in International Economics and Management and Finance from Università Bocconi, along with an exchange experience at the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School in 2008.
