Frank Chin

Frank Chin is a Managing Director at Citi, a position they have held since 1978. They previously served as Managing Director at Smith Barney from 1978 to 1987. Frank earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art, followed by a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. They also obtained an MBA in Finance from Harvard Business School.
