Gordon Chan

Gordon Chan serves as the Head of Operations for Hong Kong at Citi since September 2025, overseeing Market, Wealth, Service, and Lending Operations. Previously, Gordon held roles including Head of Asia Equity Middle Office at Citi, where responsibilities included supporting Cash Equity, Equity Derivatives, Prime, Syndicate, and OTC Confirm. Gordon's earlier experience includes leadership positions at Morgan Stanley as Head of Global Capital Market Operations for APAC, and at UBS as Head of Securities Middle Office, APAC. Additionally, Gordon worked at Credit Suisse as Head of Global Operations and at Jefferies as Head of Operations for Asia. Gordon holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the Association for Investment Management and Research, a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The University of British Columbia, and a Diploma in Advanced Security of Market Analysis from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
