Heather Tate, MPA, CRVPM II, SA, is currently the Application Development Senior Manager and VP at Citi, where they leverage extensive experience in project and vendor management. Previously, Heather held various positions including Senior Officer at MBNA, Vendor Relations Manager at Fleet Credit Card Services, and Third Party Risk Manager at PHH Mortgage.
