India Stevens is currently the Senior Vice President of Compliance Risk Management Programs at Citi, a position held since 2025. Prior to this, they worked at Wells Fargo from 2020 to 2025 as a Compliance Surveillance Officer and also served as a Regulatory Relations Specialist. India gained experience at HSBC from 2016 to 2019 as an Assistant Manager in Regulatory Compliance and Surveillance, and at NatWest Markets from 2019 to 2020 as an Associate in Compliance. They began their career as a Graduate at RBS in 2015. India holds a BA (Hons) in History and International Relations from the University of Leicester, completed in 2014.
