James McCullagh is the current Vice President of Enterprise Risk Management at Citi, having joined in 2024. Previously, they worked as an Associate in the Cyber Data Risk & Resilience Division at Morgan Stanley from 2021 to 2024. Their earlier experience includes roles as a Project Manager at Genesis10 and a Business Analyst for various divisions at Morgan Stanley. Additionally, they interned at both Golden Pear Funding, where they audited files for personal injury lawsuits, and the U.S. House of Representatives, managing communications and authoring briefings. James holds a degree in Public Policy and Law from Trinity College-Hartford, obtained in 2018.
