James Zhou

James Zhou is a Senior Vice President at Citi, where they lead the Credit technology team within Citigroup Services and Technology (China) Limited. James manages various teams, including Shortterm, Credit Velocity, Skynet, and eTrading, to support Cash and Derivative business streams. Previously, they have held several roles at Citi, including Assistant Vice President in Human Resources, where they developed a successful Credit application on the Citi Velocity Portal, and Vice President of Software Development, where they established the SkyNet team and a common notification framework for trading applications. James holds a Master’s degree in Engineering from Zhejiang University and continues their education in Engineering at the same institution.
