Jared Denigris

Jared DeNigris is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in managing and implementing ServiceNow platforms across various industries. Currently serving as Director at Citi since July 2023, Jared oversees the Service-Now platform. Previously, as Delivery Head and ServiceNow Architect at Tech Mahindra from July 2019 to June 2023, Jared led successful end-to-end ServiceNow deliveries for Media and Telecom, Finance, Pharma, Banking, and HR domains. Notable achievements include leading Service-Now architectures for major clients and guiding a pharmaceutical company through ITSM transformation. In earlier roles, Jared held director-level positions at Rackspace, where ServiceNow engineering teams were managed, and at DataPipe, contributing significantly to technical operations. Jared's career began in trading technology at GX Clarke & Co. after earning a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.
