Javier Bordes

Javier Bordes is a Managing Director at Citi with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the organization since August 2004. Currently serving as the Head of Integrated Banking Strategy in the Banking Division, Javier leads the design and implementation of Integrated Banking Strategy across Commercial, Corporate, and Investment Banking. Previous roles include overseeing a complex regulatory change program in Latin America, leading Citi's enterprise-wide Strategy Refresh, and managing finance activities for the Asia and EMEA Consumer Banking divisions. Javier has a strong background in strategy, productivity, and transformation, having begun a notable career at Visa and Boston Consulting Group, complemented by an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Accounting from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
