Jay Patidar

Jay Patidar, CPA, is an experienced auditing and financial reporting professional with a strong educational background in accounting from The University of Texas at Dallas. Currently serving as an AVP-Sr. Auditor at Citi since September 2025, Jay previously held the position of Senior Analyst in Internal Audit at CVS Health from April 2022 to June 2025. Prior experience includes working as a Staff Accountant focused on Financial Reporting at American Airlines from May 2017 to January 2022, and a role in SOX Compliance as a Development Intern at G6 Hospitality LLC in June 2016. Jay holds a Master of Science in Accounting earned in 2020 and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting completed in 2019.
