Jeffrey Chen

Jeffrey Chen is the Head of Investment Analytics, APAC at Citi, bringing over 10 years of managerial experience leading a team of more than 10 international analysts across four locations. With a deep technical background in business analysis, Jeffrey has successfully translated complex business requirements into technical analysis solutions while communicating insights effectively to top management and clients. Jeffrey previously held several senior roles at Citi focused on analytics in retail, wealth, and modeling, and earlier in their career, served as a Senior Business Analyst at Global Sources. They hold a Master’s degree in Information Systems from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Engineering from Xi'an Jiaotong University.
