Jenny Rolfe

Jenny Rolfe is currently the Vice President of HR Health and Wellbeing for EMEA Benefits at CITI, where they manage and develop healthcare trust and insurance plans, as well as high-quality health and wellbeing programs. Prior to their role at CITI, they served as Director of Health and Wellbeing at Morgan Stanley from 2008 to 2016 and worked in HR Benefits at UBS from 2005 to 2008. With a focus on creating effective work and family policies, sickness absence tracking, and overseeing a direct report, Jenny continues to strengthen health and wellbeing initiatives within the firm.
