John Brengelman

John Brengelman is the Director of the Office of the Chief Appraiser at Citibank N.A., where they oversee valuation and quality control of appraisals. With over 20 years of experience in valuation and consulting, John has worked on large redevelopment projects across major cities worldwide. They hold an MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and are a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. John's past roles include Senior Managing Director at Landauer Associates, Chief Appraiser and VP at AIG Global Real Estate Investment Corp., and various leadership positions in real estate advisory services. John earned both a BA and MA, graduating cum laude from California State University, Fresno.
