Juhi Modi

Juhi Modi is currently a Vice President, Analytics Partner for Learning & Culture at Citi, where they focus on people analytics and insights. Previously, Juhi gained experience as a Human Resources Intern at Credit Suisse and Tata Capital, where they contributed to recruitment onboarding and the redesign of employee programs. They also worked at Aon from 2016 to 2018 in various consulting roles. Juhi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from St. Xavier's College and a Master’s Degree in Social and Organisational Psychology from the University of Exeter.
