Justin John

Justin John is a seasoned financial services professional with extensive experience in digital banking and product management. Currently serving as Global Product Manager at Citi since August 2021, Justin specializes in ISO 20022 and camt client information reporting, driving the global rollout of camt standards and actively participating in industry standards forums. Prior to Citi, Justin held key roles at Santander UK, including Head of SME and Corporate Digital Banking Channels, and at NatWest Group as a Project Manager in Global Transaction Services.
