Kaitlin Long

Kaitlin Long is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology talent development and higher education recruitment. Currently serving as Senior VP of Technology Talent Development & Manager Excellence Team at Citi since March 2021, Kaitlin previously held several roles at Allstate, including Internal Mobility Senior Consultant and Sourcing Senior Consultant, where valuable career services and recruitment strategies were implemented. Prior experience at Southern Methodist University involved enhancing graduate enrollment and international recruitment for the Lyle School of Engineering, while early career achievements at the University of North Texas focused on targeted student recruitment and program visibility. Kaitlin holds a BA in Chinese and Spanish from Hamilton College and a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from the University of North Texas.
