Kara Silva is currently an Assistant Vice President and Operational Risk Analyst at Citi, where they bring extensive experience in the financial services industry. Previously, they served as a Personal Banker and Mortgage Loan Originator at Fifth Third Bank, and worked as an Accounts Payable Clerk at NASCO Aerospace and Electronics LLC. Kara began their career in the service industry as a Team Member and later as a Shift Manager at Culver's Restaurants. They are also pursuing a degree in Medical Insurance Coding at Florida Technical College, having graduated from Manatee High School.
