Kathleen Mann

Kathleen Mann is an experienced AML Governance Risk and Control Manager currently at Citi, specializing in root cause analysis and thematic review of consent order issues. Previously, Kathleen held various roles at Citi, including Vice President of Quality Assurance, where they reviewed compliance practices across multiple business lines. Prior to that, they served as BSA/AML Reporting Manager at Wal-Mart, conducting transaction analysis and training customer service associates on AML practices. Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida, as well as CAMS Certification and Green Belt Lean Six Sigma.
