Kent Shafer

Kent Shafer is the Director and Senior Credit Officer for Commercial Real Estate Underwriting and Portfolio Management at Citi, where they have managed a team of seven and oversee a diverse portfolio with outstanding balances of approximately $1.5 billion since 2012. Prior to this role, Kent served as Vice President of Asset Management at ST Residential from 2010 to 2012 and held a similar position at Corus Bank from 2001 to 2009, focusing on commercial real estate lending and asset management. Kent earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business between 1997 and 2001.
