Kyle Lobaugh

Kyle Lobaugh is an accomplished Operational Risk Officer and Army veteran with a distinguished background in driving revenue growth and building high-performance teams. They served in various leadership roles within the US Army, including Company/Assistant Battalion Fire Support Officer and Brigade Fire Support Officer, where they were responsible for training and the combat readiness of their units. Kyle has also held positions at Sterling and Citi, where they led sales teams and managed operational risk. They are currently a Factor Fellow and have earned an MBA from Cornell University.
