Lisa Hardy

Lisa Hardy serves as Vice President of Business Performance and Execution at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan since July 2019. Previously, Lisa held the role of Vice President of Health Care Value Performance and Execution at the same organization from August 2016 to May 2019. With a long-standing career at Blue Care Network from March 2000 to July 2016, Lisa progressed through various leadership positions, including Vice President of Corporate Performance, Senior Director of the Office of the President, and Director of Business Planning & Product Development. Earlier in the career, Lisa worked as Director of Business Development at Allegiance PHO from 1994 to 2000. Lisa holds a Master of Health Services Administration from the University of Michigan - School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Michigan - College of Literature, Science and the Arts.
