Marie León, CPA, CAMS, is currently the VP Internal Audit Manager for Financial Crimes at Citi, a position they have held since 2020. Previously, Marie worked at Citi in various internal audit roles from 2017 to 2019 and served as an AVP at Itaú USA from 2019 to 2020. Marie began their career as a Tax Intern at Navarro Acevedo & Co., PSC in 2010 and has also held positions as a Senior Auditor at HLB Gravier, LLP and an Assurance Auditor at EY. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the University of Puerto Rico-Rio Piedras in 2010.
