Marjan Quadir

Marjan Quadir is currently the Managing Director and Global Head of Compliance for Business Development within Citi's Institutional Clients Group. They previously held various leadership roles at Citi, including Director of Global Markets Compliance and NAM Head of Markets and Securities Services Compliance, where they managed compliance teams across multiple financial sectors. Prior to this, Marjan worked at Goldman Sachs as the Associate to the General Counsel of Global Compliance, acting as Chief of Staff and drafting policies related to investment vehicles. With extensive experience in compliance and regulatory practices, Marjan has played a crucial role in implementing major frameworks including the Dodd-Frank Act across global markets.
