Mark Sherman

Mark Sherman has a solid background in finance and accounting, with notable positions at prestigious organizations. Starting as a Postgraduate Technical Assistant at the Financial Accounting Standards Board from July 2000 to July 2001, Mark progressed to an Associate in Assurance & Business Advisory Services at Deloitte from July 2001 to June 2002. Mark later joined Citi, where from April 2007 to April 2010, Mark held multiple significant roles including Director of the Capital Markets Financial Products Group in the Municipal Securities Division, Senior Vice President of Accounting Policy, and Managing Director overseeing Securitization, Lending, and Investing at Citi Community Capital. Mark earned a Bachelor of Science degree from The Pennsylvania State University between 1996 and 2000.
