Matthew Lembeck

Matthew Lembeck is currently the Compliance Product Director for Equity Derivatives and Structured Products at Citi, a position held since 2025. With nearly thirteen years of prior experience at Barclays, Matthew excelled in various roles, including Macro Client Strategy, Operations Relationship Management, and Business Oversight Compliance. Before Barclays, Matthew worked at Morgan Stanley in Equity Derivatives Trade Confirmations Operations and at Cantor Fitzgerald in Market Data Sales. Matthew earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a Minor in Business Management from Stony Brook University in 2004.
