Michael Wood is currently the Head of Revenue Generation Analytics for the Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) Division at Citi, a position held since 2022. Prior to this role, Michael served as the Global Head of Data and Analytics for TTS from 2014 to 2023, as well as leading Global Banking CRM & eMarketing and Global Transaction Services CRM at Citi. Michael earned a BSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Manchester University, completing the degree between 1986 and 1990.
